Nature Organics - Series 3000 Palletiser

Natures Organics selected Foodmach Low Level Series 3000 Palletiser as the preferred solution to solve their palletising issues.

With increased demands for smaller shipper count sizes from the local domestic market, coupled with growth in the export market, Natures Organics could no longer afford the labour requirements and other issues associated with the traditional manual palletising methods used to establish their business.

In seeking an automated solution, the typical variants of high level, low level and robotic arm styles were all considered. These options could all be provided by Foodmach, however, the Foodmach Series 3000 palletiser was chosen through a detailed understanding of the business outcomes required by Natures Organics.

Having integrated new high speed wrap around case and tray/shrink packing technology for Natures Organics, Foodmach were able to provide their own design and engineered palletising solution to deliver the reliability and operating efficiencies required, enabling Natures Organics to redeploy many of the operators used for the manual palletising to other areas of the business.

Within 6 months of the first machine being installed, and fully operational to the satisfaction of Natures Organics, a purchase order for another unit was submitted for installation on their second line.
