Using computer aided design and drafting programs, the Foodmach
design and technical engineering team provide comprehensive and
detailed drawings for everything from plant and system layouts,
to individual equipment items. All equipment and system layouts
are compiled based on the most economic and operationally efficient
technologies for the respective applications. In the case of conveyor
systems, the design will include the operational philosophy, as
determined most appropriate by Foodmach

Total project engineering and management from concept to operational
commissioning is provided. The skilled team is able to co ordinate
and interface all equipment, combining Foodmach sourced items, with
other equipment from the customer or other suppliers to provide
totally integrated solutions.

All equipment manufactured or supplied directly by Foodmach is backed
with our after sales service and customer care support. Trained
technical support staff are available to provide everything from
spare parts requirements to complete preventive maintenance programs.
Service support for emergency breakdowns and modem based line support
and diagnostics is also available on request.

Foodmach has its own electrical and software section, to provide
the complete package solution for our equipment. Software engineers
are trained in all the latest PC and PLC based systems and protocols,
including complete CITECT management packages. Even if the equipment
you have is not Foodmach supplied, our highly talented team can
assist you with software and electrical system needs, all fully
compliant to Australian Standards.

Assessment analysis is carried out on our equipment, often in conjunction
